Bean Hole Beans

Since the start of the market in 1990 we have been making baked beans. Bean hole beans are cooked in the ground with hardwood embers for a minimum of 24 hours. This slow cooking process produces a baked bean that can not be duplicated by any other method of cooking. Our beans are made with canola oil not pork fat and so have no cholesterol.
